Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers in the United States and many international destinations.

If shipping is unavailable for your location, you will be notified during checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Canada: 6–12 Business Days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, North Alpine may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offer will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become available after shipment.

If you have not received your tracking information within several business days after placing your order, please contact our support team.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability or fulfillment location.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees determined by the destination country's authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

North Alpine is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be reshipped.
